About Lois Brown
Lois is at author of the award winning book, "Hypnotic Detox: Recipes for Well Being". Her commitment to her clients is based on the concern that people may be selling themselves short and settling for therapy that doesn’t work and she wants them, instead, to have the life that they know deep down they can have. She holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Education from N.Y.U. Lois received her health counseling training in New York at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and S.U.N.Y. at Purchase. She is nationally certified through numerous professional institutions and organizations.
Professional Certifications
Professional Member and re-certified each year with: The National Guild of Hypnotists; The American Board of Hypnotherapists; The International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association; The International Association of Counselors and Therapists and the International Hypnosis Federation; The American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
To maximize therapeutic impact, she is certified in N.L.P. under its founder Dr. Richard Bandler. She is also certified by Dr. Jaime Feldman of the Institute of Hypnotherapy to do “Advanced Parts Therapy”.
